• The seller's warranty liabilities are fulfilled only by the seller's service.
• The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product, depending on the product, and is guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
• To carry out the warranty service, the equipment must be brought by the buyer along with the warranty card
• Defective parts of the equipment are repaired or replaced if can be repaired.
• If repair or replacement is not possible, the product is replaced with a new one
• Goods that cannot be repaired within 45 working days will be replaced, provided that the appearance of the goods is preserved and the original packaging is preserved.
• If a new device is not produced during the repair period, then it is replaced with a similar model or the customer has the option to choose a higher model by extra paying.

The seller is not responsible for the warranty in the following cases:

If the equipment has been used for purposes that do not correspond to its intended purpose; 
If there are traces of equipment repair;; 
If the defect was caused by a change in the design or scheme of the equipment that was not intended by the manufacturer; 
If the defect is the result of an unavoidable event, accident, deliberate or reckless actions of the consumer or third parties;
If the defect was caused by humidity, high or low temperatures, rust, oxidation, entry into the equipment of foreign bodies, substances, liquids, insects;
If the defect is caused by mechanical damage after it was delivered to the consumer;
Unsatisfactory operation of power, telecommunication, cable networks or their incompatibility or insufficient capacity of Wi-Fi networks and insufficient radio signal power, terrain and features of the urban environment, the use of equipment at the border or outside the network of influence, as well as shortcomings caused by the influence of other similar external factors;
