Products purchased from Godox.az can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days, excluding the day of purchase.

The conditions for the return and exchange of goods are regulated on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Consumer Rights Protection".

Reason for return: Defective goods (manufacturer’s defect)

Inspection of the goods is carried out by a technical expert in the store in accordance with the rules. If the defect can be confirmed on the site, after the confirmation process, the product will be replaced with a new one or the amount will be refunded. If the defect cannot be confirmed on site, the goods are sent to the service.

Reason for return: Other

If the goods have not been in use and the appearance of the goods is not damaged, if the consumer properties, seal, label, as well as a commodity or cashier’s check or other documents issued with the goods are preserved, return is possible. For this, a preliminary inspection by a technical expert is carried out in the store.
