The seller's warranty obligations are fulfilled only by the service center.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product, depending on the product and it is guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
To realize the warranty service, the equipment must be brought to the service center by the buyer along with the warranty card.
Defective parts of the equipment are repaired or replaced within 14 working days. Sometimes, due to the delay of the spare part on the road, this period can be extended up to 45 days.
Goods that cannot be repaired within 45 working days will be replaced, provided that the appearance of the goods is preserved and the original packaging is preserved.
If a new device is not produced during the repair period, then it is replaced with a similar model or the customer has the option to choose a higher model by extra paying.
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, defects caused by a manufacturer's defect are replaced with a new one, provided that the product is kept in its original condition and packaging, after contacting the service center.
